Install the Palms Bet app on Android or iOS
The Palms Bet mobile app brings the operator's casino and sportsbook to smartphones and tablets. The official app, "Palms Bet – Casino and Sport", was released in June 2025 by Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD. It is available for Android and iOS and includes all the features of the desktop version: betting, games, bonuses, payments and customer support.
The app offers betting on a wide range of sporting and esports events, along with slots, poker, blackjack, baccarat and live games with professional croupiers. It is free to download from the Palms Bet website, Google Play and the App Store. For devices where an app cannot be installed, the mobile-optimised website remains available.
The original description of the app as a way to play "from anywhere in the world" needs an important correction. Palms Bet is licensed in Bulgaria only and does not hold a UK Gambling Commission licence, and the app is intended for players in Bulgaria. The sections for UK readers below explain what this means.

How to Download the Palms Bet App
The Palms Bet app can be installed on Android and iOS devices in three ways: from the official website, from Google Play or from the App Store. Official sources are the safest option. Installing APK files from third-party websites carries a risk of fake or malicious versions.
Downloading from the Official Website
- Open the Palms Bet website in the smartphone's browser.
- Find the operating system icon in the Mobile App section, at the top or bottom of the homepage.
- Select the right download file – two versions are available on the site, for Android and for iOS.
- Download the Palms Bet installation file to the smartphone and run the installer.
- Log in to an existing account – the app can only be used with a registered account.
- For first-time users, create a new account by entering an email address and phone number, a username and password, personal details and a Bulgarian identification number.
- To play for real money, make a deposit with any available payment method.
Downloading from Google Play (Android)
- Open Google Play and search for "Palms Bet".
- Check the app name and publisher – Telematic Interactive Bulgaria.
- Tap Install and wait for the download to finish.
- Open the app and log in or register.
When installing the APK directly from the website, Android may ask for permission to install apps from unknown sources. This permission should be granted only to the browser used for the download and switched off again afterwards.
Downloading from the App Store (iPhone and iPad)
- Open the App Store on the iPhone or iPad.
- Search for "Palms Bet" and check the publisher.
- Tap Get and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or the Apple ID password.
- Open the app and log in.
Real-money gambling apps in Google Play and the App Store are generally available only in the countries where the operator is licensed. The Palms Bet app is therefore designed for the Bulgarian store listings.
Key Features of the Palms Bet App
The app is not a cut-down version of the website. It includes the full set of features available on desktop:
- Sports betting – pre-match and in-play, on 20,000+ events per month, with accumulators and system bets;
- cash out and early payout on selected events;
- live streaming of selected sporting events;
- casino with 1,700+ slots, table games and live dealers;
- full cashier – deposits and withdrawals with all available methods;
- bonuses and promotions identical to the desktop site;
- live chat with customer support directly in the app;
- push notifications for results, settled bets and new promotions;
- responsible gambling tools – limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion.
Bonuses in the Palms Bet Mobile App
Players using the app receive the same bonuses as those on the desktop site. The welcome bonus, cashback, prize draws and tournaments are available on every device. The main offers are:
- No deposit sign-up bonus. For a long time, all new players received 20 BGN and 100 free spins on FC Magic. Since the switch to the euro, the offer has typically been around €10 and 100 free spins. It is activated by confirming the phone number.
- 100% deposit bonus. Under the earlier terms, a first deposit of more than 20 BGN could be doubled with a 100% bonus. In 2026 the casino bonus is 100% up to €1,000, and the sports bonus is 100% up to €100 with a minimum deposit of €5.
- Reload bonus. A renewable, personalised 100% deposit bonus offered on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, depending on playing activity.
- Cashback up to 15%. Weekly cashback for active players, based on the total amount lost during the week.
- Loyalty programme. All players automatically join the VIP club and earn loyalty points on real-money bets. Points can be exchanged for vouchers, bonuses and prize draw tickets.

Casino Games in the Palms Bet App
The app gives access to the full online casino library. All games are built with HTML5 and optimised for portrait and landscape modes. The main categories are:
- Slots – 1,700+ titles from CT Interactive, Amusnet, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play and other providers;
- table card games – poker, blackjack and baccarat;
- live casino with professional croupiers, including Evolution tables and Palms Live;
- crash games such as Aviator;
- bingo and keno;
- progressive jackpot slots.
Live dealer games need a stable internet connection, so Wi-Fi or a 4G/5G connection is recommended for smooth video. Most slots can also be tried in demo mode.
Palms Bet Mobile Website
Sports betting and casino games at Palms Bet are also available without installing the app. The site can be opened in any mobile browser, such as Chrome, Safari or Firefox, and adapts automatically to the screen size. After logging in, all features are available.
Every game in the Palms Bet library is optimised for smartphones. Before the app launched in June 2025, the mobile site was the main way to play on a phone, and it is still fully supported. For quick access, it can be added to browser bookmarks or saved as a shortcut on the home screen.

The app's cashier supports the same methods as the website: Visa and Mastercard, Apple Pay on iPhone, Google Pay on Android, ePay.bg, EasyPay, FastPay, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, bank transfer and A1. Withdrawals generally go back to the deposit method once the account is fully verified. Verification documents can be photographed with the phone's camera and uploaded from the Verification section of the account.
Palms Bet App and UK Users: Is It Available in Great Britain?
The Palms Bet app is not available for real-money play in the UK. Under British law, any operator offering gambling to consumers in Great Britain – including through a mobile app – must hold a licence from the UK Gambling Commission. Palms Bet is licensed only by the Bulgarian National Revenue Agency.
For UK readers, this has several practical consequences:
- Store availability is tied to licensing. Google Play and the App Store generally only list real-money gambling apps in countries where the operator is licensed. The Palms Bet app is aimed at the Bulgarian storefronts.
- Registration requires a Bulgarian identification number, which UK residents without Bulgarian residency will not have.
- UK protections do not apply – GamStop, UKGC-approved dispute resolution and UK bonus rules only cover UK-licensed operators.
- Accounts are in euros, not pounds sterling.
Changing the store region, sideloading the APK or using a VPN to reach a gambling app not licensed in the UK breaches the operator's terms. It can lead to account closure and forfeited winnings. Unofficial APK files also pose a security risk to the device.
What UK Players Can Check in a Betting App
For readers in Great Britain, a few quick checks confirm whether a gambling app is regulated for the UK:
| Check | What to look for |
|---|---|
| Licence | A UK Gambling Commission licence number, verifiable on the UKGC public register |
| Self-exclusion | GamStop participation and in-app deposit limits |
| Store listing | Available in the UK App Store or Google Play without region changes |
| Currency | Accounts in pounds sterling |
| Bonus terms | Wagering capped at 10x, in line with UK rules in force since January 2026 |
Free, confidential support for anyone concerned about gambling is available in the UK from GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline.
The Palms Bet App for Players in Bulgaria
- Official store listings. As a Bulgarian-licensed operator, Palms Bet distributes its app through Google Play and the App Store, which makes installation and automatic updates easy.
- Euro accounts. Since 1 January 2026, balances, bets and bonuses in the app are shown in euros.
- Local payments. ePay.bg, EasyPay and FastPay are available from the phone.
- EGN checks. New accounts created in the app go through the same age check and NRA restricted-register check.
- Bulgarian-language support via in-app live chat.
App Security Tips
The app uses an encrypted connection for personal and payment data, and the operator processes data in line with GDPR. For extra account protection:
- download only from the official website, Google Play or the App Store, and check the publisher;
- use a unique password and biometric login where available;
- keep the app and operating system up to date;
- lock the phone with a PIN or biometrics, especially if others use the device.
Responsible Gambling on Mobile
Mobile access makes gambling possible at any time, which calls for extra self-control. The app includes deposit, loss and session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion, all found in the responsible gambling section of the account. In Bulgaria, players can also join the NRA register of restricted persons to block access to all licensed operators. Promotional notifications can be switched off in the app or phone settings.
