Register at Palms Bet: play online slots

Registration for Palms Bet

Palms Bet is a Bulgarian online casino and sportsbook operated by Telematic Interactive Bulgaria AD and licensed by the Bulgarian National Revenue Agency (NRA). Some games can be viewed in demo mode without an account. Playing for real money, receiving bonuses, joining the loyalty programme and taking part in prize draws, however, all require a registered and verified account.

Signing up takes place in two stages and finishes with an SMS confirmation of the phone number. Identity verification follows before the first withdrawal. This guide explains each step, the details and documents requested, the welcome offers (now in euros) and the self-exclusion tools available in the account. It also sets out clearly who is eligible to register. Palms Bet is built for residents of Bulgaria, and readers in the UK should note that the operator does not hold a UK Gambling Commission licence.

What a Registered Palms Bet Account Offers

Registration turns a visitor into a full customer of the platform. The main features of an account are:

1. A broad choice of games. More than 1,700 slots, table games, a live casino with professional croupiers, crash games, bingo, and real-money betting on sports and esports.
2. A varied bonus programme. Welcome offers, weekly cashback, free bets and free spins, tournaments and automatic membership of the VIP club.
3. Data security. Personal and payment information is protected with SSL encryption and handled in line with GDPR. Palms Bet holds Bulgarian licences for both its casino and its sportsbook.
4. 24/7 customer support. Help is available around the clock via live chat, phone or email, in Bulgarian or English.
5. Access on any device. The same account works on desktop, in the mobile browser and in the free Android and iOS app launched in June 2025.
6. Multiple payment methods. Debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, e-wallets and Bulgarian payment services such as ePay.bg and EasyPay.

Who Can Register at Palms Bet?

Palms Bet is licensed in Bulgaria and must identify every customer under Bulgarian law. The eligibility requirements are:

Requirement	Why it is needed
Age 18 or over	Legal minimum age for gambling
Bulgarian personal identification number (EGN) or foreigner's personal number (LNCh)	Identification and check against the NRA register of restricted persons
Active mobile phone number	SMS confirmation and activation of the no deposit bonus
Email address	Account notifications and password recovery
ID card, passport or driving licence	Identity verification before the first withdrawal
Payment method in the player's own name	Deposits and withdrawals; cards may need separate verification

All details must match the identity document exactly. Mismatches in name, date of birth or identification number are the most common reason for delayed verification and withdrawals.

How to Register at Palms Bet: Step by Step

Filling in the form typically takes a few minutes, and the process is the same on desktop, mobile browser and the app:

1. On the Palms Bet homepage, the Register (or "New customer") button in the top-right corner is selected.
2. Stage one – account details. A current phone number and email address are entered, together with a username and password. The password should be strong and not reused on other sites. The Next button moves to the second stage.
3. Stage two – personal details. First name, surname, date of birth, country of residence, address and an identification number are entered – a Bulgarian EGN or foreigner's number. This information is used for age checks and later for paying out winnings.
4. The terms and conditions and privacy policy are accepted and the form is submitted.
5. Phone confirmation. An SMS with a unique six-digit code is sent to the number provided. The code is entered in the window that appears.
6. Once the number is confirmed, registration is complete and the account is ready for a deposit.

Registering via the Mobile App

The Palms Bet app for Android and iOS can be downloaded from the operator's website, Google Play or the App Store. The sign-up form in the app is identical: the same two stages and the same SMS confirmation. An account created on a phone also works on a computer and vice versa, and verification documents can be photographed directly with the phone's camera.

Common Registration Mistakes

• Incomplete or inaccurate personal details lead to failed verification and delayed withdrawals.
• A phone number belonging to someone else causes problems, as the number is used to activate the bonus and receive notifications.
• A second account breaches the rules. Only one account per person is allowed, and duplicates can be blocked with bonuses cancelled.
• An expired SMS code needs replacing. Codes are valid for a limited time, and a new one can be requested from the confirmation window.

Verifying a Palms Bet Account

Verification is mandatory at every licensed operator in Bulgaria, and withdrawals are not possible without it. It is not required immediately after sign-up, but completing it early saves time when requesting the first payout.

1. Log in and open the account menu ("Settings" or "Profile").
2. Select the "Verification" section.
3. Choose the type of check – identity document or payment method.
4. Upload clear photos or scans of both sides of an ID card, passport or driving licence.
5. For card verification, the photo should show the first and last digits of the card number and the cardholder's name, with the middle digits and CVV covered.

Checks are usually completed within a few days, often faster when documents are clear and legible. The result is shown in the account or sent by email.

Games and Events Available After Registration

Registered players can use bonuses, take part in the loyalty programme, bet on sport and play casino games for real money. The platform offers:

1. Slots from leading providers. More than 1,700 titles from CT Interactive, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Amusnet and other studios, sorted by theme, provider and bonus features such as free spins, multipliers and jackpots.
2. Classic casino games. Several types of roulette, poker, blackjack, baccarat and other table games in RNG format.
3. Live dealer games. Real-time tables with professional croupiers, including Evolution Gaming, plus game shows and wheel-of-fortune games. The format recreates the atmosphere of a land-based casino.
4. Crash games, bingo and scratch cards. Aviator by Spribe and similar fast-paced titles.
5. Sports and esports betting. More than 20,000 events per month – football, tennis, basketball, Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2 and more – with pre-match and in-play markets, accumulators, cash out and early payout.

Welcome Offers for New Palms Bet Customers

New customers are eligible for two types of welcome offer. The first is a no deposit bonus, credited once the phone number is confirmed. For a long time this was 20 BGN for free sports bets and 100 free spins on the FC Magic slot. The second is a 100% bonus on the first deposit. With a deposit of 10 BGN or more, the amount was doubled, up to a maximum bonus of 2,000 BGN.

Since Bulgaria adopted the euro on 1 January 2026, all offers have been in euros. The structure remains the same, but the amounts have been updated:

Offer	Previous terms (BGN)	Current terms (2026, indicative)
No deposit bonus	20 BGN for sports bets + 100 free spins on FC Magic	Around €10 + 100 free spins
Welcome casino bonus	100% up to 2,000 BGN, from a 10 BGN deposit	100% up to €1,000 + free spins
Welcome sports bonus	–	100% up to €100, minimum deposit €5
Activation	Phone confirmation / first deposit	Phone confirmation / first deposit, no promo code needed

All bonuses carry wagering requirements, time limits and, for sports bonuses, minimum odds. The sports bonus, for example, must be wagered 12 times within 7 days at minimum odds of 1.50. Free spins generally expire 72 hours after activation. Full terms are published in the rules of each promotion and can change.

Registering from the UK: Eligibility and Licensing

Readers in Great Britain should be aware that Palms Bet is not set up for UK customers. British law requires any operator offering gambling to consumers in Great Britain to hold a licence from the UK Gambling Commission, regardless of where the company is based. Palms Bet is licensed by the Bulgarian NRA only.

For UK readers, this means:

• The sign-up form requires a Bulgarian identification number (EGN or LNCh), which UK residents without Bulgarian residency will not have.
• UK consumer protections do not apply. Complaint routes and independent dispute resolution available under a UKGC licence are not part of a Bulgarian-licensed service.
• GamStop does not cover Palms Bet. The UK's national self-exclusion scheme applies only to UKGC-licensed operators.
• Accounts are in euros, with no option for pounds sterling.

Attempting to register with false details or through a VPN breaches the operator's terms. It can lead to account closure and the loss of any balance or winnings.

Checking an Operator's Licence as a UK Player

Before registering with any gambling site, UK players can check whether the operator appears on the UK Gambling Commission's public register. UKGC-licensed operators must display their licence number, carry out age and identity checks, offer deposit limits and GamStop self-exclusion, and provide access to independent dispute resolution. Anyone concerned about their gambling can get free, confidential support from GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline.

Registering at Palms Bet as a Resident of Bulgaria

For residents of Bulgaria, registration is tailored to local law and the local market:

• EGN check. The system automatically checks whether the person is on the NRA register of restricted persons. If so, registration cannot be completed.
• Euro account. Balances, bonuses and limits are in euros. Earlier accounts were converted at the official rate of 1.95583 BGN to €1.
• Local payments. The first deposit can be made via ePay.bg, EasyPay or FastPay, as well as by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• Direct access. As a licensed Bulgarian operator, the site opens without mirror links.

Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gambling Tools

Palms Bet follows responsible gambling principles and offers several control tools in the account. They can be used at any time, not only when a problem has already arisen.

Tool	What it does
Deposit limit	Caps the amount that can be deposited per day, week or month
Loss limit	Stops betting once a set loss is reached
Session time limit	Restricts the length of each playing session
Cooling-off period	Freezes the account for a short time
Self-exclusion	Blocks the account for a longer period or permanently
NRA register (Bulgaria)	Restricts access to all licensed operators in Bulgaria

Self-exclusion is activated from the account and freezes it temporarily or permanently, removing the ability to bet real money. It is a practical tool for anyone who finds it hard to control their gambling or is losing more than planned. Online casinos are a form of entertainment, not a source of regular income.
